Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Board of RDF Group Plc announces that Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited advised the Company that it resigned from its role as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with effect from close of business on 24 June 2009.
As a result, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies with effect from 7:30am today.
