Park Plaza Hotels Limited ("Park Plaza" or the "Group")
Change of Nomad and appointment of joint broker
Park Plaza, the AIM quoted owner, operator and franchisor of hotels in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, announces that it has appointed Investec Bank plc as nominated adviser to the Company in place of Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, with immediate effect.
Investec Bank (UK) Limited has also been appointed to act as joint broker to Park Plaza, together with its existing broker, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited.
