Change of Name

Digital Marketing Group plc announces that following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2011 to change the Company's name to WEARE 2020 PLC, the change of name has become effective as Companies House has issued the certificate of incorporation on change of name.

Shares in the Company will begin to trade under the new name and new ticker 2020 from 08:00am on 28 September 2011.

The new Company website is now live and can be viewed at www.weare2020.com.
