Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that its name has changed, with effect from 31 May 2022, to abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust plc. Under the terms of the Company's Articles of Association, the name of the Company has been changed by a resolution of the Directors. Shareholder approval is not required. The Company has today received final approval from Companies House to effect the change.
The Company's identifier will remain as 'ABD'. The Company's SEDOL and ISIN are also unchanged.
