Bespak PLC05 October 2007 ADOPTION OF NEW NAME FOR BESPAK PLC With effect from 3rd October, Bespak, a leader in medical devices for inhaleddrug delivery and anaesthesia has changed its name from Bespak plc to ConsortMedical plc. The Company announced its plan to change its name earlier this year and gainedshareholder approval for the change at its Annual General Meeting at the end ofSeptember. As the name change applies only to the Company, the familiar Bespak & KingSystems brands will continue to exist in their respective market segments. TheBespak brand name will be retained in the Inhaled Drug Delivery business segmentwhich designs and manufactures metered-dose and dry powder inhalers. The KingSystems brand, recognised widely in the US, will remain for the division thatdesigns and manufactures breathing circuits, masks and laryngeal tubes.
