Change of name
Charles Taylor plc (LSE: CTR) (formerly Charles Taylor Consulting plc) is pleased to announce that following its AGM held today the resolution to change the Company name was passed. The change of Company name has been certified today by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 and accordingly the name change is effective immediately.
