LiveWest Capital plc a company incorporated as a public company limited by shares under the Companies Act 2006 (with company number 8691017) announces, in connection with its outstanding £100,000,000 5.058 per cent. (Step up) Secured Bonds due 2048 (the Bonds), that it has changed its name from Knightstone Capital plc to LiveWest Capital plc with effect from 30 August 2018.

The net proceeds of the Bonds are currently on-lent to LiveWest Homes Limited, a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (with registered number 7724), which changed its name from Liverty Limited to LiveWest Homes Limited with effect from 30 August 2018.
