Change of Name
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that following the announcement released on 22 July 2008, the Company has changed its name to "Elephant Capital plc". The new name and EPIC/TIDM code of "ECAP" will take effect on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange from 8:00 am on 4 September 2008.
