Change of Name Update
Alien Metals Limited (formerly Arian Silver Corporation) (the “Company”) announces that following the passing of the resolutions by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 20 September 2018, the BVI Registry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change of name to Alien Metals Limited, which is now effective.
As a result of the change of name, the Company has applied for a new ISIN and CUSIP and these are expected to be active on Monday 22 October 2018:
ISIN: VGG017351021
CUSIP: G01735 102
The Company’s stock ticker symbol will change to UFO, effective from 8:00am on Monday 22 October 2018.
The Company will issue a further announcement when the new ISIN and CUSIP have been enabled.
Shareholders are reminded that any share certificates held in the name of Arian Silver Corporation remain valid and will not be replaced.
