Change of Name to Uvenco UK plc

Further to the Company's announcement of 20 May 2016, SnackTime announces that the change of name of the Company to Uvenco UK plc is now effective.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name (TIDM: UVEN) is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. today, Tuesday 31 May 2016. The ISIN and SEDOL number will remain unchanged.

The Company's website, containing the information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, will change to www.uvenco.co.uk.
