Change of name to PJSC LSR Group

Open Joint Stock Company LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) announces that the Company has changed its name to Public Joint Stock Company LSR Group, or PJSC LSR Group, effective as of 15 April 2015.

In order to bring the Charter of Open Joint Stock Company LSR Group in accordance with the Civil Code of Russian Federation that was changed by the federal law №99-FZ as of 05.05.2014, the name of the Company has been changed to Public Joint Stock Company LSR Group (PJSC LSR Group), effective as of 15.04.2015.

The Company's TIDM ("ticker") on the London Stock Exchange in respect of the Company's global depositary receipts (GDRs) remains unchanged.

The change of name does not affect in any way the Company's existing rights and obligations towards the Company's shareholders or third parties.

Its core business areas are production of building materials, real estate development and prefab construction. LSR Group's main operations are located in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Yekaterinburg. As of December 31, 2014 (according to Colliers International), the net sellable area of the projects in LSR Group's real estate portfolio is equal to 10m m2 with the market value of RUB 135bn.
