Change of name to nmcn plc

The Directors are pleased to announce North Midland Construction PLC has changed its name to nmcn plc, effective from today. The change has been approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.

The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 27 November 2018.

The Company's trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM) will change to NMCN from the same time. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.
