Change of name to Mpac Group plc and Change of website address

The board of Molins plc, the global packaging solutions group, is pleased to announce that, as announced on 22 January 2018, the Company has been renamed Mpac Group plc with effect from today. 

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name and the new TIDM, "MPAC", will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 29 January 2018.

The Company's AIM Rule 26 website will be found at www.mpac-group.com with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 29 January 2018.
