Change of name to Cello Health Group plc

Cello Group plc announces today that, further to the announcement on 22 March 2018, it is changing its name to Cello Health Group plc. 

The Company's ticker symbol will be unchanged (CLL.L) and trading of the Company's shares under the new name is expected to be effective as of 26 April 2018 at 8.00 am.
