Change of name to Asia Resource Minerals plc

Further to the approval of shareholders at its adjourned General Meeting held on 17 December 2013, Bumi plc is pleased to confirm its change of name to Asia Resource Minerals plc (LSE: ARMS) with effect from 17 December 2013.

It is expected that trading in shares under the new name Asia Resource Minerals plc will start at the commencement of trading on 19 December 2013. 

The Company's International Securities Identification Number will remain unchanged.
