('Crosby' or the 'Company') Change of Name The Company announces that the change of name, from Crosby Capital Partners Inc.to Crosby Asset Management Inc., has been processed at the Registrar ofCompanies in the Cayman Islands and the Company's name is now Crosby AssetManagement Inc. The name change was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 1 May 2008. The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8 a.m. today. The Company's ticker (CSB) remains the same.
