Change of Name, Trading Instrument Display and Website

The Board of P2P Global Investments plc announces that it has resolved to change the name of the Company to Pollen Street Secured Lending plc, with immediate effect.

The change in Company name had been approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.

The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange from 8:00 a.m. London Time on 18 September 2019.

The Company's trading instrument display mnemonic (TDIM) will change to PSSL. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.

The Company's website will be relaunched at 8am on Wednesday 18 September as www.pollenstreetsecuredlending.com.

The Company's Key Information Document will be updated on the Company's website to reflect the change of company name and website only. All other information within the Key Information Document remains unchanged and will be formally reviewed and updated before 31 December 2019, or earlier in the event of a material change requiring a further update to the Key Information Document.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. There is no change to the company number or registered address and the investment policy and process remains the same under the same Manager, PSC Credit Holdings LLP.
