Jersey Electricity plc

Change of the Company's name to Jersey Electricity plc.

Following the passing of a Special Resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 4th March, 2010 and the subsequent issuance of a revised Certificate of Incorporation by the Jersey Financial Services Commission's Companies Registry, The Jersey Electricity Company Limited has, with effect from 8th March, 2010, changed its name to Jersey Electricity plc.
