Change of Name & Senior Management Appointments

Further to the announcement of 8 June 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name from MoPowered Group plc to mporium Group plc and has commenced trading under the new trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM), "MPM".

mporium is also delighted to announce two senior management appointments:

· Nelius De Groot, Chief Operating Officer

Nelius has a technology background with 25 years of Financial Services experience. After starting his career as a software developer at Logica plc, he moved to Barclays de Zoete Wedd, Swiss Bank Corporation and in 1997 to Deutsche Bank. During almost 18 years at Deutsche Bank, Nelius held a wide range of senior management positions in both the Global Markets and Transaction Banking businesses in London and New York. Most recently, Nelius was Deutsche Bank's Interim Chief Information Officer for Corporate Banking & Securities (CB&S) and co-Head of Global Technology & Operations, CB&S. He holds a BSc (Hons.) in Computer Science from University College Dublin.

· Ian Warford, Head of Products

Ian has over 25 years of Financial Services and Software industry experience. After working at Swiss Bank Corporation and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, he moved into the software sector with webMethods, Sybase and Microsoft. Within these organisations he held senior Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Product Development roles. Ian then returned to Financial Services in 2010, joining Deutsche Bank where he was Head of Client Solutions for Transaction Banking. He holds B.Eng (Hons.) and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering.
