Further to the Result of AGM announcement on 29 November 2021, the Board of KKV Secured Loan Fund Limited (the "Company") announces its change of name to "SLF Realisation Fund Limited". The change of name is effective from 1 December 2021.
The Company's Ordinary Share ticker will change to 'SLFR' and the C Share ticker will change to 'SLFX' with effect from 8:00am on 2 December 2021.
