Change of Name

Further to the announcement made on 25 April 2018, the Company confirms that its change of name to "Cello Health plc" is now effective, and that the Company's ticker symbol "CLL" remains unchanged.

Cello Health plc shares continue to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Shareholdings are unaffected by the name change, and existing share certificates should be retained, as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued after 25 April 2018 will bear the name Cello Health plc.

The Company's website address has now also changed to www.cellohealthplc.com.
