The Directors of Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that with effect from 31 October 2013 RCM (UK) Limited, the manager to the Company, as part of a cross border merger under the Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007, was merged into Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH ("AllianzGI Europe"). As a result of this merger all the assets and undertaking of RCM (UK) Limited will be absorbed into AllianzGI Europe.

The existing management agreement between the Company and Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Limited will transfer by operation of law to AllianzGI Europe and the terms of the management agreement will remain unchanged. The management services previously provided by RCM (UK) Limited will now be provided out of the UK Branch of AllianzGI Europe.
