Pursuant to a resolution of the sole shareholder adopting a new charter for Joint Stock Company Gold-Mining Company Polyus dated 22 May 2017, the registered name of Joint Stock Company Gold-Mining Company Polyus has been changed to Joint Stock Company Polyus Krasnoyarsk with effect from 29 May 2017.

Joint Stock Company Polyus Krasnoyarsk is a Guarantor under the following notes issued by Polyus Finance Plc (the "Issuer"):
