Change of Name to AimShell Acquisitions plc

The Board of Autoclenz announces that, further to the completion announcement made on 23 November 2012, the Company has now changed its name to AimShell Acquisitions plc.

At the General Meeting held on 23 November 2012, a resolution was passed that the Company's name would be changed to AimShell plc. Due to the company name AimShell Ltd being registered by a third party, the Board has subsequently resolved to change the Company's name to AimShell Acquisitions plc, in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company (as amended at the General Meeting held on 23 November 2012). This name change has been processed and is effective as of today's date.

Share certificates bearing the name Autoclenz Holdings plc remain valid.
