Conversion and Name Change
Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that effective from today it has converted from a closed-ended protected cell company incorporated in Guernsey to a closed-ended non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey. The name of the Company has changed to "Real Estate Credit Investments Limited". The new articles which were approved at the Annual General Meeting on 16 September 2016 and are effective as of today can be found at (www.recreditinvest.com/memorandum-articles.html). This announcement was released 25 October 2016 at 11:30 am.
