Change of name and legal structure of the Administrator
In accordance with Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulation Part 4.1(4) of the Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules and Guidance, 2021, the Board wishes to notify investors that the Company's Adminstrator, BNP Paribas Securities Services, S.C.A. Guernsey Branch has changed its name and legal structure.
With effect from 1 October 2022, the Administrators name is now BNP Paribas S.A. Guernsey Branch.
