ROYALBLUE GROUP PLC ("the Company")

With effect from today, 1 May 2007, the name of the Company has been changed to Fidessa group plc. This change of name will become effective for trading on the London Stock Exchange from the morning of Wednesday 2 May 2007 and the Company will switch to the new display mnemonic of "FDSA".
