Change of Name Effective

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc (LSE: MIX) (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 5 March 2025, the Company has now formally changed its name by Board resolution from Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc to Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT plc. Companies House issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 18 June 2025 and, therefore, the change of name to Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT plc became effective from that date.

The change of name and the change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ('TIDM') from MIX to GHV2 will take effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on or around 19 June 2025.

In conjunction with the change of name, the Company's website address will shortly change to https://greshamhouse.com/gresham-house-income-growth-2-vct-plc/.

The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the Company's ordinary shares will remain unchanged as GB00B01WL239 and B01WL23 respectively.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. Share certificates issued from 18 June 2025 will bear the new name, Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT plc.
