Change of name to African Battery Metals Plc and Change of website address
Sula is pleased to announce that, as announced on 8 December 2017, the Company has been renamed African Battery Metals Plc with effect from today.
It is expected that trading in the Company's shares under the new name and the new TIDM code, "ABM", will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 January 2018.
The Company's AIM Rule 26 website will be found at www.abmplc.com with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 17 January 2018.
Roger Murphy, CEO of the Company, commented:
"Our new name better reflects the Company's new focus and strategy going forward - targeting cobalt and other battery metals for the electric vehicle market.
"The Board believes that the Company is now in a strong position with increasing demand for battery metals.
