New Corporate Structure - Change of Name Effective

Man Group plc (company no. 02921462) ("Man") and Man Strategic Holdings plc (company no. 08172396) ("New Man") announce that Man has changed its name to Man Strategic Holdings plc and that New Man has changed its name to Man Group plc with effect from today.

New Man will commence trading as Man Group plc with effect from tomorrow. New Man's ticker symbol remains as "EMG".
