(formerly Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited) (the 'Company')CHANGE OF NAMEThe Company announces that its name changed, with effect from 5th May 2022, to DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited.

 

The Company will continue to have a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange, with secondary listings in Bermuda and Singapore. The Company's shares will trade under the new name on 11th May 2022.

 

The Company's ISIN, SEDOL, stock codes and LEI remain unchanged.

 

In line with the change of name, the Company's official website address is now: http://www.DFIretailgroup.com.

 

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.

 

Shareholders are not required to take any action resulting from the name change.
