Name Change & Directors Shareholding

Change of name & website

Further to the resolution approved at the Company's annual general meeting, the Company has today received the change of name certificate from Isle of Man Companies House confirming the change of the Company's name to Hunter Resources PLC. The Company's new TIDM symbol will be "HUN", which takes effect from 9 January 2013. The Company's website has moved to www.hunter-resources.com, which also takes effect from 9 January 2013.

John Molyneux's Shareholding

Mr Molyneux has today informed the Company that 2,000,000 of the ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") he holds in the Company have been transferred to his self invested personal pension, administered by WH Ireland. His beneficial interest remains unchanged at 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares.
