Change of Name

Further to the approval by shareholders at its annual general meeting held on 14 July 2014, the Company is pleased to confirm that its change of name to Tengri Resources has now become effective on the London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) has also changed to TEN.

For the avoidance of doubt all future correspondence will be under the name Tengri Resources.
