Change of Name

The Board of the Company announces the change of name of the Company to Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (APEF.L), which was approved by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 3 June 2010, has been registered with the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey. Therefore the change of name is now effective.
