("Mwana" or the "Company")

Name change and results of AGM

The Company announces that at its AGM held yesterday, all resolutions were passed with the exception of Resolution 6. As a result, the Company will be appointing new auditors for the current financial year.

Following the passage by shareholders of Resolution 9, the Company's name is being changed to Asa Resource Group Plc.

It is expected that trading in the Company's shares on AIM under its new name of Asa Resource Group Plc. under the new TIDM, ASA will commence on Thursday 1 October 2015. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will not change.

The Company's website will remain at http://www.mwanaafrica.com/ for the time being. The Company's website will move to a new address in due course.
