Change of Name and EPIC

The Directors of Specialist Energy Group plc (AIM: SEGR.L), the specialist engineering group whose main operating business is Hayward Tyler Group Limited ("Hayward Tyler"), are pleased to announce that the Company's change of name to Hayward Tyler Group plc and change of EPIC ticker symbol to HAYT.L will become effective today. The Company's web address is now www.haywardtyler.com.
