Sable Mining Africa Limited ('Sable Mining' or 'the Company')
Change of Name and EPIC
Sable Mining Africa, the AIM listed company focussed in the mining sector in sub-Saharan Africa, announces that following shareholder approval obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 November 2009, the name change to Sable Mining Africa Limited and new TIDM, 'SBLM', have taken effect. The Company's new website has also been launched and can be found at www.sablemining.com.
Shareholders are advised that existing share certificates in the name of BioEnergy Africa Limited will remain valid, and that any new share certificates which are issued by the Company will be issued in the name of Sable Mining Africa Limited.
