Change of Name and Change of Website Address

The Board of 3D, the AIM listed natural resources investing company, announces that following shareholder approval obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 October 2012, the Company's name change from 3D Diagnostic Imaging plc to 3D Resources plc has now taken effect.

With effect from today the Company's ticker will change from "3DD" to "3DR". The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will not change.

Shareholders are advised that existing share certificates in the name of 3D Diagnostic Imaging plc will remain valid, and that any new share certificates which are issued by the Company will be issued in the name of 3D Resources plc.

With effect from today the Company's website address has changed to www.3dresources.co.uk. The information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies is available under the heading "AIM Rule 26" in the main menu of the website.
