Change of name and CBI approval

On 30 June 2017, Beazley Re Designated Activity Company changed its name to Beazley Insurance Designated Activity Company (the "Company").

The Company also wishes to announce that the Central Bank of Ireland has approved the Company's application to write all classes of non-life insurance and reinsurance other than motor vehicle liability insurance.

In relation to the Company's US$250,000,000 5.875% Subordinated Tier 2 Notes due 2026, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority to amend the Official List to reflect the Company's change of name.
