T2 Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Change of name

The Company announces that following the passing of the relevant resolution at its EGM held on 16 October 2009, the Company has received approval from the Guernsey authorities to change its legal name from T2 Income Fund Limited to Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited.

Consequently, as of 8 am on 27 October 2009, the Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange will change to GLIF.L.

The Company's website can now be located at www.glifund.com.
