Further to the successful completion of the acquisition of Ila Security Limited and the approval of the change of the Company's name to Ila Group Limited, Baylon is pleased to announce that the filing requirements in relation to the change of name have now been completed and dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. The Company's TIDM will also change to "ILA". The Company's ISIN will remain unchanged as GB00B0T2CP59.
In compliance with AIM Rule 26, details of the Company will be available on the Ila Group Limited website, www.ilasecurity.com.
