Securities Trust of Scotland plc (the "Company") has changed its name to STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc. The change of name became effective on 5 June 2023.
The Company's trading instrument display mnemonic (or "TDIM"), ISIN and SEDOL all remain unchanged.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc.
