Southern Housing announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Optivo Finance plc, has changed its legal entity name to Southern Housing Finance plc with effect from 3 February 2026. Companies House has issued a Certificate of Incorporation, and the name change is now effective.

The terms, conditions, and status of the three bonds issued under the subsidiary are unaffected by the change of name.
