Change of Name

Further to the announcement of the result of its Annual General Meeting on 25 January 2013, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of its name to APC Technology Group plc will become effective and trading of the Company's shares on AIM under this name will commence at 08.00 a.m. today. The Company's ISIN will remain as GB0000373984 and its TIDM will remain as APC.L.

The Company's rationale behind its change of name is to give the business a clearer identity following its strategic shift towards sustainable technology and the resulting reorganisation of the Company into two separate business units. With APC Technology Group plc as the parent company, the core electronic distribution business will continue to trade as Advanced Power Components, while the Company's clean-tech business has been consolidated under a holding subsidiary, Minimise Holdings Limited.
