Spinnaker Acquisitions Plc ("Spinnaker" or "the Company")

Spinnaker Acquisitions Plc renamed Ondo InsurTech Plc

On March 21st 2022 Spinnaker Acquisitions Plc was readmitted to the London Stock Exchange following the reverse takeover of LeakBot Ltd. On re-admission the company also announced its intention to change its name to "Ondo InsurTech Plc". The Board is pleased to announce that this change has now taken effect.

Ondo is the Japanese word for "temperature change" - a nod to the original patented idea that powers the LeakBot sensor technology.

The Company's stock market TIDM will remain ONDO and its ISIN will remain unchanged.

The change of name will not affect any rights of shareholders and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid and no new share certificates will be issued.
