Change of name to Plutus Resources plc

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, following recent shareholder approval, the Company has received confirmation from the Registrar of Companies that the Company's name has been changed to Plutus Resources plc. It is expected that the Company will begin trading under the new name from 8 a.m. today, 4 February 2013. The Company's new TIDM (ticker symbol) will change from "IPS" to "PLR". The ISIN and SEDOL numbers of the Company will not change.

The Company intends to change its website address to reflect the new name in due course. The information required to be published for the purposes of AIM Rule 26 (including details on the Company's investing policy) is available from the investor section of the Company's current website (http://www.ipsoventures.com).

A further announcement will be made on the change of website address in due course.
