D1 Oils plc ("D1" or the "Company")

Change of name to NEOS Resources plc

The Company announces that on 14 March 2012, the Board approved a resolution to change the name of the Company from D1 Oils plc to NEOS Resources plc (ticker: NEOS). This is to reflect the Company's focus on the processing of non edible oil-seed complexes and to distinguish the Company with its new operations from the Company with its previous operations.

The change of name will become effective from 16 March 2012, at which point the Company's website will become www.neosplc.com
