The Board advises that, further to the passing of resolution 15 at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 January 2017, Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC has today changed its name to Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC.

The Company's ticker will change from SEP to SLPE with effect from 1 February 2017. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.
