NOTICE OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) confirms that, further to the passing of a Special Resolution by Shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 10 December 2009 and the issue by Companies House of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated 14 December 2009, the name of the Company has been changed to Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC
Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
