Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH:L) announces that it has changed its registered name from Sinclair Pharma plc to Sinclair IS Pharma plc with immediate effect.

Following completion of the merger with IS Pharma plc it was proposed that Sinclair Pharma plc change its registered name to Sinclair IS Pharma plc. The proposed change of registered name has now been effected.
